Studying in Canada

Canada today is home to more than 1,00,000 international students from all parts of the world. Canada is known for its animation and graphic designing, the reason being that 60 per cent of the animation technology in Hollywood is outsourced to Canada. Canadian institutes have produced makers of films like Jurassic Park, The Mask, Terminator II – Judgement Day and quite a few more. Details of entry requirements

  • You must be accepted in a program of study by a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
  • You must apply for and be granted a student authorization from Canadian immigration authorities.
  • To study in an institution in Quebec, you will need to receive a Certificate of Acceptance of Quebec (CAQ), before seeking a student authorization from Canada.
  • Admission requirements may vary from institution to institution. Whereas, SAT is not required in most cases, you do have to appear for TOEFL or IELTS.
